The team is led by Tony Holley a highly experienced professional, with hands-on experience in running and buying small and medium businesses and working in large businesses across numerous sectors.

The service includes asking the tough questions, investigating and deconstructing pertinent information, and developing innovative strategies that create value. The business sale process relies on competitive tension through developing a targeted campaign that can include international buyers, as has been the case for 2 SaaS businesses we have sold. While Tony is based in Sydney, he also studied and worked for 7 years in Brisbane, so our work has been concentrated in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Our Executive Search arm is led by John Huggart. With experience as an executive recruiter, CEO and General Manager, John has for more than 30 years actively identified, attracted and retained key talent.
