Meet the Team

Chris FitzGerald

Chris has a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Organisational Development, particularly in the transportation, construction and heavy engineering sectors. This included some time as General Manager Human Resources for a workforce of over 3,000 professional, technical and trades people.

He holds a Master of Transport Management from University of Sydney and brings a practical, results orientated approach to identifying the needs of an organisation and the right people to meet those needs.

Over the past 15 years he has worked extensively in change management, organisational restructuring and performance improvement of organisations. During this time he employed interim management extensively, both in his own teams and in assisting others to resource their operations. He therefore has a deep understanding of the concept from both a client and provider viewpoint and will use this to good effect in meeting the needs of our clients.
